I was very lucky to get the opportunity to have a brief on-spot interview with Group Leader Trinh at Reaching Out Teahouse after experiencing their traditional Vietnamese tea service. Such a wonderful experience for me, especially with their delicious homemade tea! You’ll learn a little more about the operations at the teahouse through the following questions:
1. What year was this place founded?
2. How many Deaf people work here?
3. Are all of the workers women?
4. Do a lot of Deaf customers come here?
Trinh, you’re right! Deaf people can do anything! I personally think it’s great that this place is led and run by Deaf women.
By the way, did you know that Deaf visitors can work here if they come here? They can do some work here during the days, and it’s really easy to work here!
